The Health Agency will be launching In Our Hands a Women’s Health Course from June 29 2021.
The course is open to any women or anyone identifying as gender non-binary, will run for 5 weeks online on Tuesday afternoon, 1.00pm – 3.00pm.
The course aims to support women mental and phyisical health with information on herbal and kitchen medicine, meditations for wellness and connections, empowering information about the female body, and progressive support with mental health and the effects of trauma.
