Plans have been submitted for the City of Edinburgh Councils proposed development at Murrayburn Gate on the site of the former Social Work and Wester Hailes Health Centre buildings.
The plans (available here) propose the building of 73 homes of various sizes and all affordable housing. The plans also include a central area of share public space. The plans proposed building five or six storey buildings varying to align with the gradient of the hill.
There is also a report available online which includes details on the consultation that has been carried out so far, as well as copies of the exhibition boards that were available.
A website has also been created by the architects which contains additional photos and information.
