Health All Round will be launching an Online Meditation Group in the new year from Monday 9 January 2023.
Meditation can help us to foster a sense of calm and understanding. it can also help with anxiety and depression.
The group will aim to meet on the second Monday of the month at 5.00pm on Zoom. Sessions will last for 50 minutes where participants will be invited to explore a range of different meditation techniques. The group will also give tips and support on how to start regular meditation practice at home.
