The Festive break is almost upon us and that can be a hard time for many people. The Health Agency has released the following advice, and mental health and emergency support services that people can use to help them if times are tough.
With busy schedules, rising costs, and extra pressures, it’s important to remember that you matter – and your wellbeing matters too. Take things at your own pace. You don’t need to do everything or keep up with everyone else.
Even small moments can make a real difference — stepping outside for some fresh air, sitting quietly for a few minutes, or having a chat with a friend or neighbour.
If things feel overwhelming, it’s okay to reach out. Support is available, and you don’t have to face difficult times alone.
