Lothian Buses have released their timetable of bus services between Christmas and New Year, from 24 December 2015 to 4 January 2016.
This year there will be more buses running over the festive period then ever before. Extra services and journeys include:
- Service 30 on Christmas Day running hourly between Clovenstone and Niddrie.
- Services 1, 19 and 104 running on Boxing Day, so it will be easier than ever before to get into town for the sales!
- Earlier and later journeys on many services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
NightBus services will play a big part of this years Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, with Lothian Buses being a major sponsor of the event.
In partnership with Diageo, Lothian Buses will be providing a FREE Hogmanay NightBus service again this year. Buses will run from approx. 00:20 until 04:00 hours to make sure that you get home quickly and safely without worrying about having money left in your pocket.
