The Broomhouse Health Strategy Group will be holding babies first food sessions at Gate 55 to help answer any questions you may have about moving your baby from milks to solids.
Introducing weaning classes covers topics such as when to start weaning, purees and baby-led weaning, and what foods to avoid.
Weaning classes answer all questions on how to prepare healthy and balance diet for the child. You will get confidence what the baby can eat and with which foods still to wait.
According to new evidence and nutritional recommendations you will receive knowledge which fruit and vegetables introduce first and later on. A professional will go through all the allergy symptoms and explain how to avoid it.
Their will be two blocks of classes with sessions running from Tuesday 7 to 21 February 2017 or Thursday 16 – 30 March 2017 at 10.45am -11.45am
Spaces are limited so be sure to contact the group on 0131 467 7678 or firstname.lastname@example.org to book your place.
