Space is recruiting an Administrator to work on the Wellbeing Together South West Partnership.

The post is part-time working 14 hours per week with a salary of £20,677 pro-rata (based on a full time working week of 36hrs).


We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide administrative support to the staff within the recently formed Wellbeing Together South West team.

The post holder will have a range of duties including being the first point of contact for referrals into the service, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently, with sensitivity and confidentiality.

The administrator will also be responsible for the coordination of all partnership meetings, including the preparation of all papers and minute taking, so having excellent attention to detail is essential.

Microsoft Teams and SharePoint are used extensively within the partnership so it is essential that the administrator has an excellent working knowledge of these applications.

The Wellbeing Together Partnership aims to provide essential support to improve the mental health and wellbeing of 5-24 year old children and young people (26yrs old if they are care experienced). The South West Edinburgh Partnership is made up of four organisations – Space & Broomhouse Hub, Big Hearts Community Trust, SAMH and With Kids.
