Prospect Community Housing are recruiting for a permanent position on their Maintenance Team.
The post is full-time, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with a salary of £21,266 per annum.
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our Estates Maintenance Team. As part of the team, you will provide cleaning, caretaking, environmental and landscape maintenance work within tenanted properties and common areas of Prospect’s housing developments.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of commercial cleaning and/or landscape gardening is desirable, but training will be provided to the successful candidate. Driving licence essential.
