WHALE Arts is happy to announce that their new Pod Café will be officially opening on Thursday 2 February from 10.00am – 3.00pm.
Following on from the grand opening the café will open every Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am – 3.00pm, and every Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm. It will offer a selection of hot drinks with lunch and breakfast options available Wednesday and Thursday. They also plan to change the menu monthly, offering new seasonal options.
The café will also be offering volunteering opportunities where those interested can learn to prepare café food and hot drinks, and to practice customer service skills in a friendly environment.
They are looking for people to volunteer at least 3 hours per shift with flexibility around days. All training will be provided in the café, and freshly made food and hot drinks will be provided during the shift.
