Prospect tenant Dawn Rowlay recently set up a Prospect Account and was delighted to find she had won some Love2Shop vouchers!
Prospect redesigned its website earlier this year. They wanted to make it easier for tenants to access services and information at a time that was convenient to them. The new website includes a Tenants’ Portal so that tenants can have their own Prospect Account that lets them see their rent account online, pay rent, report a repair, and provide a range of information. Prospect recently encouraged tenants who had not yet signed up to try the site out with the chance to be entered into a draw to win some Love2Shop vouchers. Dawn Rowlay set up an account and won the vouchers!
There are now over 260 tenants using the Tenants’ Portal. Prospect recently received a report on how the redesigned website was performing and was very pleased to learn that usage of the site had increased dramatically. Also of interest was the number of people using a mobile phone to look at the site which has risen by an impressive 158% from last year.
Brendan Fowler, the Director of Prospect commented,
We were aware that increasing numbers of people in Wester Hailes are using mobile devices to go online so we designed the new site to be as mobile friendly as possible.
