Remedies for Darker Days Activity workshop

The Community Wellbeing Collective will have a day of wellbeing activities to help prepare for the darker days and long nights on Saturday 27 September 2025, 12.00pm – 7.00pm.

What prepares you for autumn and winter? Come share your creative remedies to the long nights and cold mornings And discover new ones too!

From nourishing food and movement, to herbal remedies and empowering workshops. Here’s what’s on:

12–2pm – Enjoy a tasty meal by Neelam.
  • 
2–3pm – Discover the healing powers of thyme & honey with Grassroots Remedies.
  • 
3–4pm – Yogameditation with Devi: a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation.
  • 
4–5pm – Know Your Rights with Living Rent: Learn practical remedies around housing.
  • 
5–7pm – Open Mic hosted by Valeka: Share your poems, songs, stories or just come and listen!
