The Community Wellbeing Collective will be holding a special event this Saturday 25 October 2025, 12.00pm – 6.00pm, asking “How do men talk? And where do they go to do it?” at the Community Wellbeing Space.
We’ve gathered men’s community groups and creators from across Edinburgh to create space for men of all ages and backgrounds to come together to chat, game, create, and celebrate
- 12.00pm – 2.00pm – Community Meal
- 2.00pm – 3.00pm – a creative session with Andy’s Man’s Club, where they will hear more about their important work supporting male mental health, and take part in an active session creating a collaborative piece together.
- 3.00pm – 4.00pm – global conflict and humanitarian photographer Matt Aslett from Humanitarian Communications will be running a zine-making workshop looking at what men do for fun.
- 4.00pm – 5.00pm – quiet hour – they will be playing a selection of short films on modern masculinity, with space to talk, decompress, and destress.
- 5.00pm – 7.00pm – Tyler, George and the Game Boys will be bringing top tunes and gorgeous games
Come down to learn new games, meet new faces, and groove to new beats! Open to all hes, shes, and theys.
