Prospect Community Housing are currently recruiting for an individual to join their Estates Maintenance Team.
The post is full-time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a salary of £25,933 per annum (including April 2026 pay award).
As part of the team, you will provide cleaning, caretaking, environmental and landscape maintenance work within tenanted properties and common areas of Prospect’s housing developments.
About You
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of commercial cleaning and/or landscape gardening is desirable, but training will be provided to the successful candidate. A driving licence is essential.
