WHALE Arts‘ Community Meal takes place every Friday, 1.00pm – 2.00pm, offering a free delicious home cooked lunch.
The community meal takes place every Friday, including over holidays, offering a free delicious home cooked meal made in the building that morning. Come together enjoy a meal and a chat with their neighbours. A takeaway option is also available.
If you aren’t able to make the Friday community meal, other organisations offer free lunches on different days:
- The Health Agency community lunch takes place on Thursdays, 12.30pm – 1.30pm in the Healthy Living Centre,
- The St Nicholas Community Lunch on Wednesdays, 12.00pm – 2.00pm, with food served from 12.30pm at St Nicholas Church,
- The Community Wellbeing Collective serve hot soup on Mondays 1.00pm – 3.00pm at the Wellbeing Space.
