About the role

You will be the first point of contact for people accessing our services, helping to create a calm, welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. This includes greeting visitors, responding to phone and email enquiries, and ensuring people are directed to the right service or member of staff.

Alongside this, you will play an important role in keeping services running smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage appointments and referrals, maintain accurate client records, support room bookings and help prepare spaces for sessions, groups and events. You will also provide general administrative support to staff and volunteers across the organisation.

This is a varied and people-focused role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to balance a busy reception environment with administrative responsibilities.

How to Apply:  Please send your CV and a covering letter (max 2 A4 sides) outlining your suitability for the role to recruitment@thehealthagency.org.uk.

Closing date: 5pm on Monday 6th July 2026
Interviews: Wednesday 15th & Thursday 16th July 2026
