Wester Hailes Library will be holding a Kid Sewing Makerspaces on Saturday 13 June 2026, 10.00am – 11.30am, as part of their Lend and Mend Hub.
The sessions are for young people aged 9 – 18 who have taken their beginner sewing class or have prior experience on a sewing machine. Head along and create whatever you would like, theres no need to take anything along but people are welcome to work on their own projects. While this is not a led class an instructor will be there to lend a hand.
The session is also a great opportunity to finish any projects before their homemade fashion showcase on Monday 22 June 2026, 6.00pm – 7.30pm.
