WHALE Arts Agency has released their 2018/19 annual report giving a run down on a successful year with 3400 people taking part in their programmes, events and activities over the year.
The full report gives a brief update on each of WHALE’s regular projects, the special community events WHALE has been involved in and the income and Expenditure for the year. It also includes an update from WHALE’s Chief Executive Leah Black and a local board member
