Wester Hailes library will be holding a sewing classes teaching people how to use the new sewing machines as part of their new lend and mend hub.
The four week block of classes will run from Saturday 26 August 2023, 2.30pm till 4pm.
The purpose of the hub is:
- Mending facility – free to use equipment and tools for you to give your goods a new life
- An information hub to find out how you can repair, reuse and recycle in your local community
- Workshops and classes to share and improve your mending, reuse and upcycling skills
