WHALE Arts are excited to announce that they will have two new opportunities aimed at supporting people with their mental health and improving wellbeing.
Group coaching sessions on Wednesday mornings, 10.00am-12.00 noon. You do not need to book, just drop in. Refreshments provided. First session is the 22nd October.

The sessions aim to help people make positive life choices, manage their emotions more effectives, help transform your mindset and learn to ‘let go’, and overcome difficulties and feel more confident.
