Space at The Broomhouse Hub‘s Skills for Success ESOL employability course is introducing weekly outdoor gardening sessions.
Get your hands dirty each Thursday morning as you develop transferable skills whilst brightening up Space’s garden and courtyard areas.
The Skills for Success projects aims to increase confidence, gain job skills, and improve English proficiency whilst working toward a professionally recognised qualification (which looks great on a CV!).
They also offer 1:1 appointments with a qualified English tutor. Course participants may choose to access additional support with ESOL or employability needs, including filling out an application form and practicing for interviews
For the new block of sessions the group will work alongside Broomhouse Growers in their community garden and orchard.
