Phew health and emotional wellbeing support

Space at the Broomhouse Hub People’s Health and Emotional wellbeing Service – PHEW run group and one to one sessions at the Broomhouse Hub.

Life as a young adult can be challenging—between work, education, and planning for the future.

But an incredible 97% of people said their confidence and self-esteem increased after taking part in Space at The Broomhouse Hub’s mental health and wellbeing service, PHEW.

PHEW offers a safe and friendly space to make connections with others, develop a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing in a digital group setting, build resilience and reduce social isolation.

The group sessions are open to young people aged 16 – 26 and take place on Thursdays 6.00pm – 8.00pm. If you need someone to talk to privately this support can also be offered in a one-to-one setting. Groups are run by project workers with a background in mental health.
