WHALE Arts will be holding a series of family carnival workshops the coming weeks before heading to the Edinburgh Festival Carnival this July.
The four family friendly workshops will see participants build a giant water dragon puppet, as well as costumes and props, which they will then be performing in at the Edinburgh Carnival at West Princes Street Gardens on Sunday 19 July 2026.
The sessions will take place on Friday 12th, 19th and 26th June and 3rd July 2026, 3.30pm – 5.30pm. The sessions are free, and snacks will be provided. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
