The Health Agency hold a Community Lunch in the Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre Cafe, every Thursday 12.30pm.
The community lunch offers a free delicious home cooked meal made that morning. Come together enjoy a meal and a chat with their neighbours. There is also often a hot drink or sweet treat available too. Just pop along to the green reception in the Healthy Living Centre and they will direct you.
If you aren’t able to make the Thursday community lunch, other organisations offer free lunches on different days:
- The Community Wellbeing Collective serve hot soup on Mondays 1.00pm – 3.00pm at the Wellbeing Space.
- The St Nicholas Community Lunch on Wednesdays, 12.00pm – 2.00pm, with food served from 12.30pm at St Nicholas Church
- WHALE Arts runs a community meal every Friday, 1.00pm – 2.00pm.
