WHALE Arts will be holding their first We Make Wester Hailes drop-in consultation session on Thursday 2nd July 2026 between 10.00am and 12.00pm. Pop-in anytime during the session and stay for as little or as long as you like. There’s no need to book, just turn up!
We Make Wester Hailes is a new community project inviting local people to help shape the future of arts and culture in Wester Hailes. Led by WHALE Arts, the project will gather ideas, stories, experiences and ambitions from residents where we can create a shared Arts & Culture Strategy for the area, together. The creation of an arts and culture strategy is one of the 36 proposed projects outlined in the Wester Hailes Local Place Plan, created by the Wester Hailes Community Trust.
This is a relaxed, informal session where you can:

- Share your thoughts on arts and culture in Wester Hailes
- Chat with us about how you’d like to get involved
