The 2026 Wester Hailes Fun Run will take place this Saturday 6 June 2026, with registration opening at 9.30am and the race kicking off at 11.00am.
The Fun Run will start and finish at Clovenstone Community Centre before covering a roughly 5k route round Wester Hailes. It is open to all abilities with people and pets, running, jogging, walking or strolling the route. The race will be followed by a free lunch at 11.45am of chickpea, coconut, roasted red pepper and tomato curry prepared by the Health Agency, alongside a creative activity for young people, by WHALE Arts.
Last year’s event was well attended with over 70 people taking part so fingers crossed for another successful year! The full list of times and placings for last year can be found here, with last years winners being:
