CHAI will be running a new weekly drop-in service at Gate 55 every Tuesday from 1 September 2026, 10.00am – 12.30pm.
The drop-in is for anyone in the South West Edinburgh community who needs advice or support with welfare benefits, straightforward benefit forms, calls to benefit authorities, debt and housing issues.
They can provide quick advice, information and initial support. If your issue needs more time, they can arrange a full appointment with an adviser or connect you with another organisation that can help.
The appointment is free, with no need to book.
