The Health Agency are looking to recruit a Community Link Worker to provide Maternity Cover.
The post is for 9 – 12 months starting end of September 2019, working 26 hours per week with a rate of pay £25,074 per annum (pro rata) plus optional 3% contribution to pension scheme.
We are seeking to recruit a community link worker for maternity cover. The link worker will provide 1:1 person-centred support to patients of Wester Hailes Medical Practice referred by GP’s, whilst enabling people to identify personal outcomes and priorities for their own health and well-being.
