Local MSP for Edinburgh Pentlands, Gordon Macdonald, has released his latest newsletter for December 2024.
The newsletter contains details of the announcement of a Universal Heating Payment in Scotland which will see pensioners who are receiving a qualifying benefit receive a payment of £200 or £300 next Winter, the results of Gordons annual Christmas Card competition which this year was won by a pupil at Nether Currie primary with a runner up from Canal View, a recent visit to Wester Hailes High School, and news that Gordon raised a parliamentary question about E-bikes and scooters after receiving concerns from constituents about them being used to commit antisocial behaviour.
