Prospect Community Housing have released the Autumn 2025 edition of their newsletter Prospectus.
The newsletter contains the news that Mo Connolly, Tom Jamieson, Morvern Kolhatkar, Mike Grant, Emina Bosnjakovic, Eunice Main, and Shirley Angus were recognised as community stars for being Wester Hailes residents who dedicate time and effort into making it a better place. Morvern Kolhatkar was awarded the Sheila Bunt award after being nominated by her neighbours for being a “pillar of the community … she is always out helping out with the kids playing in the community, doing art with them. She brightens everyone’s day, she works so hard”. It also highlights the support available to people who may be affected by domestic abuse, an update from Fiona on the latest benefits updates, tips for saving money on your energy bills, an update from the tenants forum and from Prospect’s AGM, and finally details on the upcoming neighbourhood walks where you can share any issues or feedback.
