B Healthy Together will be launching new Relaxation and meditation sessions from this Thursday 23 January 2020, 2.00pm – 3.00pm at the Broomhouse Hub.
Have you ever wondered what meditation is and if it’s for you? Have you heard about ‘mindfulness’ but aren’t sure what it is?
We will look at different ways to relax, exploring meditation and breathing techniques, hopefully giving you skills to take away and use at home. We want to hear about your experiences and find out how we can help!
