The Health Agency will be launching Pause Place a new Menopause Drop providing a safe, welcoming space for women on Mondays from 25 August 2025, 12.30pm – 2.00pm.
The group will give a space for women to:
- Share real experiences (the good, the bad, and the funny)
- Learn tips for managing symptoms
- Receive expert advise
- Connect with others who truly get it
First Drop in: Monday 25th August from 12.30pm to 2pm
