WHY Project Food, Mood and You

The WHY Project will be launching a brand-new group called Food, Mood & You, taking place every Thursday,
 6.45pm–8.45pm.

Food, Mood & You is a year-long food and wellbeing programme where young people will use cooking and food as a fun way to build confidence, independence and important life skills. Across the programme, they’ll learn practical cooking skills, food hygiene, budgeting and meal planning, while also exploring how food can link with our mood and wellbeing. There’ll be plenty of cooking challenges, activities and opportunities for young people to have a say in what we make and do!

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 young people and therefore must be booked in advance. As the programme run across the year and builds from week to week, they are looking for young people who are interested in taking part regularly and can attend as many sessions as possible.

If your young person would like to take part, please complete the sign-up form attached below, or reach out to Demi

Completing the form doesn’t automatically confirm a space. Once they have received the sign-ups, the WHY project will contact parents or carers directly to confirm who has secured a place.
