Health Agency Recruiting Office Administrator

The Health Agency is recruiting a part-time Office Administrator working 26 hours per week with a salary of £18,320.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and responsible individual, who enjoys working in a varied and flexible role and as part of a team. You will be a team player, with excellent administrative skills and undertake work to a high level of accuracy.


  1. To provide dedicated and confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Management Team(SMT), as well as the Board of Directors, Sub-Groups, and generalist administration support
  2. To develop and maintain administration and record keeping systems, designed to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
  3. To act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the Agency by undertaking reception duties as required
